North Wood R-IV Selects ESP and HTK Architects for FEMA Shelter Project

The North Wood R-IV school board, located in Salem, Missouri, approved a bid from the team of Energy Solutions Professionals and HTK Architects for the design of a new "safe room" and tornado shelter. The board discussed the FEMA 361 safe room and reviewed the bids from engineering firms at their most recent meeting.
