ESP was presented with a 2015 Capstone Award for Green Design by the Kansas City Business Journal for improvements to Wornall Plaza. Capstone awards honor the KC metropolitan area's outstanding real estate and development projects.
ESP is a member of the Central Association of Physical Plant Administrators.
ESP is a certified energy auditor by Kansas City Power & Light (KCPL), which allows us to identify and obtain utility rebates for our clients that are in the KCPL service area. We have also worked with Ameren to obtain incentives from their program and are familiar with their process and how to maximize the incentives you can receive.
ESP is an accredited Energy Services Company (ESCO) by the National Association of Energy Services Companies (NAESCO). NAESCO accreditation requires a rigorous review process by an independent selection Committee that evaluates past project results, client references, business practices, company financials, and includes a commitment to uphold ethical guidelines
Several state and Federal agencies undergo a process of pre-qualifying ESCOs. ESP has been successful in securing pre-approved ESCO status in every state that we have pursued. We are currently pre-qualified by the following organizations:
